Welsh business park tenant celebrates decade with expansion

Signs of business confidence are being seen at Cardiff Gate International Business Park as its IT services company tenant Circle IT doubles its staff from 50 to over 100

Following a successful period, the firm, celebrating 10 years located at Cardiff Gate this month needed suitable space to occupy the growing team and has secured a second floor within the same building.

Roger Harry, Managing Director, Circle IT said: “Securing a second floor within the same building was a no-brainer for us. We needed suitable space to accommodate the expansion and without needing to relocate has meant that we have transitioned seamlessly, without disruption to client work.”

Cardiff Gate International Business Park is managed by property agent Fletcher Morgan. Rhodri Roberts, graduate surveyor, said: “It’s great to see continued growth of businesses within South Wales. Many tenants are choosing to expand within the park rather than relocating, as it is a more cost-effective alternative to competing for city centre office space.”

“Our location on the M4 provides businesses with a practical setting within the gateway to Wales. We are always delighted to celebrate in a company’s growth in Wales, even more so when it takes place within our own park.”
